Kerry is the Manager, HR Generalist at 2nd Order Solutions (2OS). Kerry leads campus recruiting, immigration, learning and development, and onboarding. Kerry also supports the Manager and Sr. Manager population at 2OS as their HR business partner.
Prior to joining 2OS, Kerry spent multiple years in HR and US Card at Capital One. She has experience in campus recruiting, internal mobility, program management, project management, and change management. Prior to Capital One, Kerry worked in meeting and conference planning for a few trade associations and corporations in Washington, DC. Kerry has a BA in Psychology from Georgetown University. She lives in Richmond, Virginia with her husband.
Outside of work, Kerry enjoys working out, going out to brunch with friends, playing tennis, and has recently started taking golf lessons. She is also trying to train her dog, Murphy, to walk nicely on a leash.
