Rajiv is a Senior Director, Business Analytics and joined the 2OS team in July 2025. Rajiv has significant experience in all areas of the credit card space including credit policy, models, data, and product development. Rajiv has worked as a Credit Officer and Model Risk Officer for multiple years.

Prior to joining 2OS, Rajiv worked in analytics at Capital One primarily in acquisitions but also in customer management and partnerships. Rajiv worked on managing through the recession, building and deploying new models, revamping existing products, and launching new products. Rajiv also covered credit governance for the prime and superprime products as well as model risk governance across all of card products at various times.

Rajiv graduated from the University of Virginia in 2008 with B.A. degrees in Economics and Mathematics. He currently lives in Virginia. His interests include basketball, football, and baseball as well as traveling and movies.
