Elliot joined the 2OS team in March 2026 as a data scientist. Prior to joining 2OS, he spent approximately six years as a civilian with the U.S. Navy, where he served as his group’s machine learning specialist and primary analyst for data science initiatives. During that time, he developed a wide range of machine learning solutions addressing diverse challenges across the Navy and served as the principal investigator on four separate projects.

Elliot holds a B.S. in Meteorology from Virginia Tech in 2015 and an M.S. in Atmospheric and Oceanic Sciences from the University of Wisconsin–Madison in 2017 before working at Hampton university for three years as a research assistant. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his wife, two children, and their two pugs. He is also a fan of marathon-length board games and college football, especially cheering on the Hokies and the Badgers.
