Erol is Head of Partnerships for 2OS, with expertise in credit underwriting for both Consumer and Small Business and deep expertise in point of sale underwriting.

Before joining 2OS, Erol co-founded the B2B Point of Sale lending company Resolve (resolvepay.com) while in Max Levchin’s incubator, HVF, and served as the company’s Chief Risk Officer. Prior to starting Revolve, Erol was Head of Risk for Lending Club’s Point of Sale business. He was responsible for risk management of Lending Club’s 2nd largest business, having ownership over risk model build and governance, credit policy strategy, and loss forecasting. Prior to Lending Club, Erol was at Capital One for 13+ years working in a variety of risk roles for Capital One Point of Sale, US Card, and Small Business Card. His responsibilities included NPV model build and maintenance, credit policy strategy (including launching the first credit approval for the Home Improvement Point of Sale business), and loss forecasting.

Outside of work, Erol is a huge sports fan (particularly the NBA), and loves exploring the various food scenes in cities all around the United States and beyond.
