Justin is a Senior Advisor, Operations, with over 20 years experience in financial services, including Retail Banking and Credit Card. He has developed deep expertise in strategy, process, call center / back office operations, and risk management across Collections, Fraud, and Credit Bureau Disputes.
Prior to joining 2OS, Justin lead Collections Operations at Capital One. He was responsible for leading the internal and external Collections and Recoveries efforts in the Retail Banking division, leading internal collections in the Credit Card division, and leading recruiting, training, forecasting, and dialer management activities. Justin also led Supplier and Program Management for Capital One’s Collections network, where he led a supplier network of 2000+ agents across domestic, nearshore, and offshore sites, built and designed new compensation structures and business shift models, and led the testing and implementation of new Collections tools.
Originally from New York, Justin moved to Virginia to attend college, decided the warmer weather was much more to his liking, and has lived in the Richmond area for 25+ years. Married for 20 years with 2 children and a Shih Tzu, he resides in the Midlothian area. He is most passionate about his involvement in youth sports coaching both of his children in tennis, baseball, and basketball and leading the tee ball, coach pitch, and machine pitch baseball and softball divisions in his role on Huguenot Little League’s Board of Directors. Outside of sports, Justin also is an avid genealogist, amateur stock market enthusiast, and horse racing aficionado.
