Aaron is a Senior Business Operations Analyst at 2OS, joining the 2OS team in April 2023. Aaron’s role covers a wide breadth of operational activities for the firm including but not limited to staffing allocation, client management, overseeing internal communications and document sharing, and creating new systems to improve efficiency and scale for 2OS.

Prior to joining 2OS, Aaron was the Assistant Women’s Tennis Coach at Princeton University where he led the Tigers to 2 Ivy League titles and a top 5 national ranking. Before Princeton, Aaron coached several years professionally and at other colleges. He spent his first year out of college working in Basketball Analytics for the Washington Wizards. With the Wizards, Aaron analyzed data to influence in-game strategy, salary cap and roster management, and player development while also leading technology initiatives like the virtual reality rollout. Aaron has a B.A. in Computer Science with a minor in Mathematics from the University of Virginia.Outside of work, you will find Aaron on a tennis court, pickleball court, golf course, in the gym, or on the mountain snowboarding. Aaron loves to spend time outdoors – especially when it is warm out!

Otherwise, you will find Aaron either eating, watching sports (while trying not to get too sad over the incompetency of most DC sports franchises), or spending time with his 3 nieces/nephews and the rest of his family.
