Deep is a Manager, Data Science, joining the 2OS team in August 2020. Deep has worked on various standard and non-standard credit engagements across multiple continents, including the Americas and Australia. His primary focus of work has included developing and refining machine learning models, designing policy optimization algorithms and developing custom analytical frameworks optimizing KPIs across various operational stages of credit risk management. Deep also has experience in the Buy Now Pay Later space helping a FinTech build acquisition stage models.

Before 2OS, Deep worked in Data Science teams at Hopscotch (a kid’s apparel ecommerce company), Dunnhumby (retail analytics consulting) and EXL (healthcare analytics) gaining experience in algorithmic inventory management, supply chain analytics and health insurance analytics. Deep has a Masters in Data Science from the University of Virginia and a B.E. in Information Technology from the Indian Institute of Engineering Science and Technology.

Outside of work Deep spends most of his time playing guitar and exploring live music. He also plays soccer regularly and likes solving chess puzzles. And despite not being great at it, he enjoys playing FPS video games.
