Ziyan (Harry) Shi joined 2OS in July 2023 as a Business Analyst. He holds a B.S. in Data Science, Financial Math and Statistics, as well as an M.S in Applied Statistics, both obtained from the University of Michigan-Ann Arbor. Before joining 2OS, Harry worked as a Data Analytics Intern in the CX analytics team at Ally Financial, where he focused on curating insights and developing frameworks to holistically measure customer journeys. He also had prior experience in auto insurance risk and credit risk.

Harry’s true passion lies in seamlessly integrating data/business analytics and machine learning models to creatively tell stories that empower effective business decision-making.

Outside of work, Harry enjoys watching NBA games as a Houston fan, and he passionately supports Man Utd in the Premier League. He also has a penchant for detective and suspense movies and shows. When he is not busy with data and analytics, he indulges in his hobbies: playing Catan, table tennis, 8 ball pool, poker, chess, and mobile MOBA games with his friends. He also spends time with his orange cat Diet, and loves exploring the diverse food scene around DMV.
