Hayden is a Data Scientist who joined 2OS in February 2026 after completing his M.S. in Economics and Computation at Duke University. He previously interned with 2OS in summer 2025, where he primarily worked on auditing a risk model. During his time at Duke, he worked on research modeling internal migration in the US using a Markov model, presenting his findings at the SIAM Conference on Applications of Dynamical Systems in May 2025. He earned his B.S. in Economics with a concentration in Quantitative Analysis from Cal Poly San Luis Obispo in 2024. While at Cal Poly, Hayden was a research assistant studying problems in container logistics, a tutor at the school’s tutoring center, and president of its economics club.

Outside of work, Hayden enjoys spending time outdoors, especially running and hiking. He also spends his free time cooking, playing board games, and going to trivia nights.
