Jonathan is a Senior Advisor at 2OS, joining in September 2022. Prior to 2OS, Jonathan worked at Capital One for 25+ years starting as an entry level analyst and eventually becoming a Senior Vice President. He was one of a handful of Senior Credit Officers, and leveraged that analytical skillset in roles spanning credit risk, large scale operations, and risk management. His most recent role was the Head of Enterprise Risk Management, where he successfully led work across all divisions particularly focusing on risk identification, building and testing controls against these risks, and building out change governance processes. Jonathan graduated from the University of Virginia and now lives in Richmond, Virginia.

In his free time, Jonathan enjoys spending time with his wife and two daughters, and their dog, Zoe, and cat, Kirby.
