Kelvin is a Manager of Collections Strategy & Operations at 2OS, joining the company in February 2025. He specializes in collections projects, focusing on helping clients strengthen their end-to-end collections and recoveries strategies and operations.

Before 2OS, Kelvin served as Head of Collections and Recoveries at Cherry, where he led the development of operations teams and strategy for the digital-first BNPL FinTech. Prior to that, he was a founding member of Mission Lane, where he served as Head of Collections Operations. During his tenure, he played a pivotal role in rebranding, building, and scaling the collections team from <10 to over 100 experts. He also led recruiting, training, and strategic execution while driving the implementation of collections tools and products, both externally sourced and internally built solutions.

In his free time, Kelvin enjoys spending time with his wife and daughter and staying active—whether at the gym, playing soccer, or running. You can catch him watching FC Barcelona matches or any DC sports. His family frequently visits the beaches near his alma mater, Old Dominion University, where he earned his undergraduate degree and competed as a student-athlete.
