Lauren Carter is the Administrative Assistant and Office Manager at 2nd Order Solutions (2OS), supporting the leadership team with scheduling, travel coordination, and day-to-day office management. She joined the firm in December 2025 and brings experience in administrative support and client coordination.

Prior to joining 2OS, Lauren held administrative and coordinator roles and spent several years in the wedding and events industry, where she developed a strong foundation in organization, process improvement, and behind-the-scenes problem solving. She earned a Bachelor of Science in Communications with a focus in Public Relations from James Madison University.

Based in Richmond, Virginia, Lauren enjoys thrifting and estate sales, exploring local restaurants, volunteering with Richmond Animal League, and traveling. She lives with her husband, Zach, and their two cats.
