Ali serves 2nd Order Solutions (2OS) as its Chief People Officer, focused on building upon the amazing culture of 2OS. Ali leads our people strategy, partnering with the 2OS leadership team to execute and support organizational design and strategic management of key HR functions including retention, total rewards, learning and development, and diversity, equity, and inclusion. While at 2OS, in addition to her internal responsibilities, Ali has also consulted with clients to design future-state credit functions and hiring roadmaps.     

Prior to joining 2OS, Ali held a number of team leadership roles in campus leadership development, talent acquisition, compensation and people analytics at Capital One.  Prior to her transition into HR, she also held several financial planning and analysis team lead roles at Capital One, Citizens Bank, GMAC-RFC and Fannie Mae. Ali began her career in the Washington, DC office of KPMG as an auditor in their financial services practice. Ali has a BS in Commerce from the University of Virginia and also holds her CPA and SPHR designations. She resides in Richmond, Virginia with her husband and three daughters.

On the weekends, Ali and her husband, Keith, will usually be found cheering on their three daughters on assorted soccer fields and swimming pools throughout the state and beyond. She loves to walk through the neighborhood with neighbors and family, is always looking for the next great beach-read, and spends as much time near the water as she can.
